Petrina Johnson

Dr Petrina Johnson is currently located at JCU as a Research Officer, in the School of Public Health & Tropical Medicine and Rehabilitation Sciences. She is undertaking an international collaborative project funded by the Grand Challenges in Global Health, to develop a new strategy that will reduce the mosquito populations that transmit dengue to human. Petrina talks about the effects of mosquitoes and vector diseases in FNQ, particularly in relation to the Wetlands and urban population.
